Candida Cleansing

To understand a Candida Cleanse, you must first know what a Candida infection is. A Candida infection is a disease that has gotten a lot of media attention throughout recent years due to the fact that most doctors do not consider it to be a real medical problem. However, those who have had the infection understand that it can cause forms of internal damage to our stomach and intestinal lining. Though the Candida infection is typically more common among females than it is among males, it can occur among both sexes.

Not everyone develops a Candida infection, but those who do have a build up of bacteria in their stomach. When the bacteria called Candida spreads throughout our body, we develop a Candida infection. This causes toxic waste to build up within our system and various harmful chemicals are produced. Our liver is left to clear our body of these harmful chemicals, but it is not always able to do the job, especially if we have a large amount of bacteria build-up.

As the liver struggles to battle the toxic chemicals, we may develop symptoms of an infection such as: having stomach aches, cramps, nausea, and may even develop poor mental concentration. A Candida infection really can cause problems all throughout your body; it is not limited to your stomach area.

Candida Cleanse Diet - Why The Liver Needs It

As your intestinal linings become increasingly filled with rapidly multiplying forms of bacteria, they actually become damaged. This can lead to what has been called “Leaky Gut syndrome.” Having what is called a “leaky gut” can be very harmful to you due to the fact that you can get sick much easier. Think about it, your intestinal linings become damaged, and as this happens, it is much easier for harmful substances to leak into other areas of our body such as our blood-stream. Things only will continue to get worse if the bacteria infection is not treated.

In order to successfully cure your Candida bacteria infection, you must realize that changes need to be made. Most people recommend doing what has been commonly called a “Candida Cleanse” or “Candida Cleansing.” Candida Cleansing is a process in which a person takes antifungal and probiotic supplements.

Candida Colon Cleanse - Quick and Effective

The quickest and most effective way to clear Candida from your body has been said to be through a Candida Colon Cleanse. Most people agree that if you take a prescription drug to treat your Candida, it will actually worsen your condition. For this reason, people like to use the Candida Cleansing process. There are many ways of going about this cleanse, and most methods agree that the primary way to get rid of Candida is through the colon.

Most individuals who are knowledgeable in the Candida Cleansing process, are able to understand that a colon cleanse is a vital part of treatment. Many times specialists in this area typically recommend that a three month (90 day) colon cleanse treatment be performed. The whole purpose of this colon cleanse is to eliminate as many toxic substances as possible. There are many great colon cleansing products out on the market today, so put in the time to find one that is actually effective. In other words: Don’t buy some junk or get scammed.

Some people also swear by taking an antifungal supplement as well. Typically, people who choose to take an antifungal supplement start out taking a fairly low amount and gradually build up to a maximum dose over the course of a couple weeks. This should be a great addition to your cleansing. A product like capylic acid usually helps here, but there are also other effective antifungal forms of treatment on the market.

After a couple weeks of treatment, it is recommended to add a good probiotic supplement to the regimen. Many people have recommended the product called “Garden of Life’s Primal Defense.” I’m sure there are probably other effective products here as well. Just be sure to find one that you know will work. The whole purpose of adding a probiotic supplement to your cleanse is so that helpful bacteria is able to fight off the harmful bacteria.

Antifrugals, Probiotics, and Daily Exercise

After about one-month’s treatment time on both the antifrugals and the probiotics, you should start to notice significant improvement in your condition. Most people do not end up taking these antifrugal or probiotic supplements for more than two months. People typically finish treatment after about one and a half month’s time. Though everyone is different, I don’t really see the need to treat your Candidiasis for more than two months. If you don’t feel better in a couple months time, then either you: Bought an ineffective product, are not following the treatment instructions, or never had a Candida infection to begin with.

It is recommended that throughout this time to keep up a quality workout regimen in order for your body to eliminate its waste and sweat out some bacteria. Working out daily can be a crucial part of treatment, and one that many people continue to ignore. Those who do the Candida Cleanse in addition to having a workout routine during the process will have much more success with their treatment than those who lack exercise.

The whole key to eliminating Candida is through performing a colon cleanse. When the toxic buildup in your colon is contributing to the root of the Candida problem, it is definitely good to target your cleansing process here. If you need to perform a Candida cleanse, I wish you the best of luck with your treatment and hope that you are able to clear out the toxins quickly before your health suffers.
