To operate efficiently, your brain must be fueled with vital nutrients and energy from the foods that you eat. When you provide your brain with non-nutritious foods like a doughnut – you hurt your mental functioning. When you provide your brain with fruits like Acai Berries or other fruits, you give it the ability to think clearly, concentrate, and focus. This is due to the fact that all of your brain cells will be “fed” with essential vitamins from the Acai berry.

Luckily, at many natural food stores, there has also been an increase in the amount of raw Acai berries.
